Laith Hermiz
Founder & CEO
Laith Hermiz is the Founder and CEO of Ironside Realty, leading the firm's strategic growth, development, and investment activities. Over his career, he has acquired and developed more than $2 billion in single-tenant retail, shopping centers, mixed-use, and industrial projects.

Prior to founding Ironside, Mr. Hermiz served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Agree Realty Corporation, where he helped expand the portfolio from 73 to over 1,600 properties. He also held leadership roles at Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust and Joseph Freed and Associates.

Mr. Hermiz holds a B.S. from Loyola University Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He is a licensed attorney and real estate broker in Michigan and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and ICSC.
Corey Ostrowski
Director of Acquisitions
Corey Ostrowski is the Director of Acquisitions and joined the firm in 2021. He leads the company’s acquisition, disposition and capital market activities. Prior to joining Ironside, Corey worked for UBS Global Markets, where he was responsible for covering an institutional sales and trading portfolio encompassing 50 institutional investment managers, hedge funds, family office and pension clients. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Statistics from The University of Tennessee and is an active member of ICSC’s Next Generation Leadership Network.
